• $5 Taking Acknowledgement ($2 for each additional name) - this means I would confirm your understanding and willingness to sign the document and confirm your signature; then I notarize

• $5 Witnessing or attesting a signature ($5 per signature) - this means you would simply sign the document in my presence; then I notarize
